Partner of choice in village education

Vutivi I Ndzhaka (VIN) is a Not-for-Profit organisation formed in 2012. Since then, VIN has through its members focused on providing mentoring and coaching support to matriculants from Mafarana, Bonn, Sedan and Mulati village schools throughout their matric year. This support relates to personal mastery, passing the Grade, career choices, life skills and preparedness for higher education and life beyond.

The Organisation’s Operational Model

The Organisation starts each year with the Management Committee determining a year plan in a consultative decision-making process with the Advisory Committee. The year plan is then road mapped with various stakeholders which included Nkuna Royal Council, Department of Education (DoE), School Governing Body (SGB) and Local Government.
